  • Ohh man!
  • Nooooooooo! We will get him next time.
  • The battle of Marathon was fought between the Greeks and the Persians. Darius was the leader for the Persians, and Militiades was the leader for the greeks.
  • Yes! WE have won.
  • It was an equal land battle, and it started with the Greeks spreading throughout the Mediterranean and eventually came into contact with the Persian empire.
  • It was time for the Persians to get their revenge. Xerxes was the new leader for the Persians and was determined that they would win against the Greeks leader Leonidas.
  • HAHA!
  • In this battle it was a land battle in a mountain called Thermoplae. Xerxes had lost so many men, that he decided to pull his forces back, and finish the remaining spartans with arrows. The Persians had won the Thermompylae war.
  • Since the Greeks lost the last battle of Thermopylae, so they assembled a huge army. This battle was a sea battle near the island of salamis.
  • After setting fire to Athens, Xerxes sent his warships to block both ends in the canal. The Greek ships were able to monomer faster which gave them the advantage.
