  • Brushing Teeth

  • Showering
  • Brushing your teeth is an important part of oral hygiene. Brushing teeth should be done for 2 minutes twice a day. The brush should be replaced every 2-3 months.
  • Deodorant
  • The most imperative part of keeping body odor at bay is showering every day. Warm water should be used with mild soap. 
  • Washing clothes
  • When showering, make sure to wash your entire body; especially wash your feet and in-between your toes.  After washing, be sure to rinse all suds off your body.
  • Hygiene!
  • Long lasting deodorant should be used at the beginning of every day to help with body odor. Apply thoroughly to armpits. If needed, use the antiperspirant deodorant.
  • In order to wash clothes, they should be separated into different groups depending on their color and material. Cold water is used for most of the groupings. Warm water is used with whites. Detergent is used in the machine and fabric softeners are optional.
  • Congratulations! You now know the steps of having good personal hygiene. Use these steps to maintain a healthy day-to-day life.
