  • Tile 5
  • Hussain and Adam are arguing outside when the Supervisor arrives. When he learns what is happening, he looks concerned. He knows that lack of sleep could mean someone gets hurt at the site. Safety is very important, so this is a serious issue.
  • Tile 5
  • He asks Hussain about this issue. Hussain feels bad, but prayer is very important to him. Adam understands prayer is important, but he needs to sleep! The Supervisor has an idea, but wants to make sure it is OK first.

  • Nasser has agreed to be roommates with Hussain. Now, their prayer times will not be an issue for their sleeping roommates.
  • Everyone is happy with this new agreement. Adam is happy he has a supervisor who wants to help people. They all return to work, excited to work for a great company.
  • Now you have seen both scenarios with Adam and Hussain. In your opinion, which scenario demonstrates the behaviors in the Workplace Behavior Policy? Scenario 1 or Scenario 2?
