  • we are safe from being thrown out into the streets at least for now.

  • I finally have enough money to pay off the rent for the house next month and it only took me five months and two jobs.
  • We have 200 dollars in our budget and 100 is for food and 50 for bills. However our son needs to go to school so 20 for supplies

  • people living off of charity dependent on assistance and could not get a job. Also, paupers relied on society to constantly help them.
  • The poor worked, but didn't receive enough money to make a decent living. Respected more than paupers because the had a job and did not beg society to support the poor.
  • minimum income by all sizes ranging from 2,000 dollars per families. Also, this government system was used until 1958 that now only measures by family. Contain necessary household and budget.
