  • Juliet- Do you have to go?  It was the nigh gale, not the lark!
  • Romeo-No, it was the lark
  • Romeo has to leave because he is banished. The lark was singing, but Juliet wanted to make Romeo stay, so she said it was the night-gale.
  • Juliet- The light outside is not from the sun. Its a meteor!
  • Romeo is about to leave, but Juliet keeps on insisting that its still dark outside, and that its night.
  • Romeo- I will stay! I don't care if the prince's men kill me
  • Overthrown by love, Romeo gets back with Juliet and decides to stay a little longer.
  • Juliet then realizes that the bird that was singing was the lark, so she decided to tell romeo to leave
  • Julie- OH NO! that was the lark! you must hurry, get dressed, and leave!
  • Romeo gets dressed and is ready to leave.
  • Then, Romeo and Juliet hear someone knocking on the door!
