  • There are so many effects of climate change to our mental health like irritation can lead to anger issues which can lead to overthinking that can affect your mental health. Stress, if you feel stress just study and practice relaxation techniques, reduce triggers of stress and set realistic goals and expectations, And lastly is heatstroke it is a condition caused by your body overheating
  • Wow!, I didn't think that was the effect of climate change on our health. It is very dangerous.
  • Health impacts may include gastrointestinal illness like diarrhea, effects on the body's nervous and respiratory systems, or liver and kidney damage.
  •  Yes exactly, and it also can affect human health that increases the risk of illness through increasing temperature.
  • If there's an emergency that may occur because of the hotness always get ready. We must always be prepared. Know how to help them. Have knowledge about first aid kit about how to use it correctly and properly.
  • There are some activity to fight climate change like doing exercise like zumba to make our body stronger to have that good stamina to fight climate change.
  • And also we can paint or draw what inside our minds, we can make a poster making about how to stop climate change. Listen to music that can calm you down when you are stressed.

  • We would like to suggest listening to romantic music because it really so relaxing when you're listening on it and you can really feel the relaxation and peaceful mind, you will really lose your stress.
