Honestly there's not much that i do. I do exercise every other day! Fruits and veggies are really good too.

Yes, at first it's going to be difficult and you're going to feel as if you don't want to do anymore, but after a while your body will get used to it and you won't be bothered by it. After all, it does help you in the end.
