  • Convert Aggression
  • Can I sit with you guys?
  • You can't sit with us.
  • The Target: Helpless to protect herself.
  • Physical/Overt Aggression
  • I dared Rebecca to push that girl with the purple shirt in the pool.
  • The Bully: Displays cruelty to weaker people, "accidentally" bumping into them or hitting them.
  • The Bystanders: Not aggressors/targets but are caught somewhere in between.
  • Verbal Aggression
  • The Sidekick: Feels the Queen is her authority.
  • The Queen: Manipulatively affectionate
  • Omg, you're so ugly. Who let you walk out of the house like that?
  • Indirect, hidden acts of aggression, social isolation, and excluding.  Relational Aggression- any behavior that is intended to harm someone by damaging relationships with others. 
  • Direct, blatant acts of aggression, can be physical or verbal. Harm through damage or threat of damage to another's physical well being. 
  • Obvious and hidden acts of aggression towards a child such as threats and name calling.
