  • Hey Jen, if you wanna lose weight, you should try this diet that Becca and I are on!
  • Yeah! You could lose 12 pounds in a week, even without exercising!
  • Isn't that really unhealthy? What do you eat on the diet to lose that much weight?
  • That's exactly it: You BARELY eat ANYTHING on this diet! 
  • It's super easy and convenient! All you eat in a day is one apple, one sweet potato, and a protein shake!
  • I guess you'll just STAY FAT! Then no  one's gonna want to  go to prom with you!

  • You know what? I love my body.  And even if I want to lose some weight, it's for myself, not because you two tell me too. AND,  I'll do it the HEALTHY way, not by starving myself but by eating right and exercising like I am now!
