As mentioned before, your virtual trainers are the experts of the training topics you'll be learning today. Please direct all training questions to the them. The room coach will be here to resolve any equipment issues and system errors, should they arise.
At the conclusion of all training classes, a Celebration of Learning is assessed to evaluate your knowledge and understanding. Don't worry though, everyone can use the training system while taking this. A passing grade is required.

Your experience with our staff, facility, and classes is very important to us. After every class, you'll also complete a survey to provide us your feedback. Please take time to let us know what you enjoyed about training! Feedback provides us insights to how we can enhance training experiences, improve training sites, and better meet your training needs.
Surveys show us how to: 1. Enhance training experiences 2. Improve training facilities 3. Meet training needs
Now that we've covered the basics of virtual training, it's time to hand it off to your room coach to discuss some housekeeping items and kick-start your training. Have a fantastic class! Coach, the floor is all yours.
