In this scene Hannelore is way to sick to go outside and work with her sickness. The SS Guard comes in and yells at her then see’s how sick Hannelore is so she lets her stay on her bunk and get better so she can work again.
In this scene Hannelore gets out the left line which is the line where you get die and another group was marching by and Hannelore snuck into the different group. When they recounted the Jews the SS Guard counted one extra Jew and she saw it was Hannelore.
