Now I cross or bread these homozygous, same alleles, rounded yellow and green wrinkled peas together, so I can see if two traits are inherited at the same time.

Weird, all of these peas have the same yellow rounded phenotype as one, but they're heterozygous. Don't they have different genotypes?

Aha! The peas have changed! This means the green and wrinkled traits are recessive and the yellow and round ones are dominant! Also, the traits are inherited independently.
