  • Teacher: Billy. I really appreciate how you followed directions by putting your tray away. That is a great example of being a global citizen.
  • Billy: Thank you Teacher. I now know that I should be considerate to my school by putting away my tray!
  • Scenario 2: Billy was reading independently and stayed on task. Why the praise is important: The student knows of the expectations and know how t be an effective learner. Type of praise: Process Praise
