Junior throws a textbook, that was once his mother's, at his math teacher, Mr. P.
Why are these textbooks so old?? Why do Indians have to be so poor?? Arrgh!!
Before Junior starts his first day at an all white school named Reardan, the students stare at him in disbelief.
What is that kid doing here??
Junior tries out for the Reardan basketball team. He originally believes he will get cut, but he works hard and the coach ends up putting Junior on the varsity team.
You made varsity kid!
After defeating his old school, Wellpinit, by forty points in a basketball game, Junior feels bad and cries in the locker room bathroom. He realizes that compared to the white players on his team, the Indian players on Wellpinit's team are in very harsh situations.
Their lives are already hard enough! Why did we have to beat them so bad??
Junior plays one-on-one basketball against his best friend Rowdy.
