The Journey to the Underworld

That night when everyone was inside, Elpenor was drunk and climbed up onto the roof. Elpenor then lost his balance and snapped his neck.
The next morning Oddysues and his men awoke to Elpenor laying motionless. After they all made their condolences they traveled to the Underworld. Circe had instructed Odysseus to speak to Tiresias.
He was a good soldier
Odyssues and his men finally made it to the underworld and they were in search for Tiresias.
After they came out of tunnels Odysseus encountered Elpenor. Elpenor had traveled to the Underworld quite quickly. After they talked for a little Elpenor told Odysseus to go back and gice him a proper burial. Odyssues agreed to these terms.
After making the promise to Elpenor, Odysseus traveled deeper into the Underworld. He then encountered his mother Anticleia, but he would't talk to her until he spoke to TIresias.
