This is Rachael and Jasmine. Rachael lives in Estonia, as Jasmine lives in Cuba. One market economy and one command economy. A goal that's the same in both countries is Economic Freedom, they both have some extent of freedom to do what they want. Another goal is Economic Security, they both have shelter and some sort of healthcare.
Positive points about economic freedom is we are able to do what we want with little gov't interference. We can buy what we want when we want. Economic Security is nice because we get provided healthcare and shelter.
We also have the freedom to buy, sell, whatever we want. It is just so expensive because of resource shortages. Security is also nice because healthcare could be expensive, also housing could cost a lot of money.
Some negatives in Estonia is Economic Freedom is not so good for some people. People have to work but sometimes things wont be affordable for the regular worker. Economic Security is not so good, the fact that people are able to not work and still get provided with regular living standards.
Economic Freedom in Cuba is very weird, but there are some negatives. 1 of them is that its hard to get things you want because you don't get payed a lot. So buying things is challenging. Economic Security is bad sometimes because the unemployment rates are very high. So no one works.
