  • Matthew 12: 22-28
  • KA
  • Jesus and his disciples were just getting done healing the sick somewhere near the grain fields
  • A crowd of people brought a demon-possessed man to Jesus, in hope that He could heal the man. Jesus healed the man, (he was also blind and mute) and he casted the demon out.
  • Even though Jesus clearly saved the man, the Pharisees had a bone to pick with Jesus.
  • You're welcome my son.
  • Thanks Jesus!
  • (Pharisees) "It is only by Beelezbul (Satan), the prince of demons, that this man drives out demons.
  • They were basically hating on Jesus, saying that He was using the power of Satan, and was not who He said He was.
  • Every kingdom divided will be ruined. If Satan drives out Satan, he is divided against himself and shall be deystroyed
  • If I drive out demons by Satan, than in whom do your people drive out demons? But by the Spirit of God I drive out demons.
  • Jesus basically roasted all of the Pharisees at once, while teaching His disciples and all of the other people around Him.
  • Even though the Pharisees challenged Him in the worst way, He responded in the best way and used His knowledge and love for the Lord to help Him.
