The 4th amendment allows The right of the people to be secure in their houses, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, with no Warrants. This is important because if someone doesn't feel comfortable with unknown soldiers seizing their home on their property then they should have the right to say no. If this amendment was never put in place then soldiers would be searching a lot more homes.
Although the amendment contains several provisions, four elements protect a person accused of a crime: the right against compelled self-incrimination, the right to a grand jury, the right of protection against double jeopardy and the right to due process. The Fifth Amendment is important mainly because it protects us from having our rights abused by the government if this was never an amendment then a lot of people would never had been declared innocent
The 6th amendment give the citizens of the U.S the right of a speedy trial where if someone was incriminated that guarantees a citizen a speedy trial, a fair jury, an attorney if the accused person wants one, and the chance to confront the witnesses who is accusing the defendant of a crime, meaning he or she can see who has accused them of a crime if this right was never put in place then suspects would have a longer sentence.
