  • How, now! How now - chop logic?
  • Capulet explodes into anger when he is told that Juliet is refusing to marry Paris. Capulet is now disowning his daughter as he is not allowing communication between themselves.
  • Fie, fie! What, are you mad?
  • Speak not, reply not, do not answer me! My fingers itch
  • You are to blame, my lord, to rate her so.
  • The Nurse advises Juliet that she should be married to the County (Paris). Juliet does not like this idea as she has her mind set on her 'one true love' and only him. She is now dependent on Friar Lawrence as the Nurse has sided with Capulet.
  • O most wicked fiend!
  • I think it best you married with the County.
