Storyboard Description

1. In-store sale- create a conversation between a customer and salesperson buying a product where the customer is trying to buy a laptop and have 3 objections. The salesperson has to handle the objections. When you close the sale you need to add the price, a discount and sales tax and show the math equation you used to come up with the final price. EXAMPLE (can’t use this) Item $100 - 10% discount + 7% sales tax= $96.30 7 steps- Approach, Determine needs, Present Product, Handle Objections, Close sale, Build relationship

  • Step 1: Approach
  • Hey, My name is Nicole Grady. And I heard that you guys were interested in purchasing an apartment complex. 
  • And I'm Joshua Henderson, her husband.
  • Yes, we were looking for a salesperson. And I am Jane Henderson. 
  • Step 2: Determine Needs
  • Do you guys have anything you are looking forward to? If you could include you need or want to be modeled or installed in your apartment?
  • We are looking for an apartment that has 2 rooms and 2 bathroom for family or emergency use. And we also would also love for our room to be on the mid-floor for a better view.
  • Step 3: Present Product
  • Wow!! This looks nice, and it has stairs to the balcony.
  • The design is definitely what we were looking forward to. Thank You!! I will go look around.
  • This the closet apartment that meets to your needs; 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and the room is mid-floor. 
  • Step 4: Handle Objections
  • I love this bed!! BUT, the mattress is going to have been changed and the carpet too needs to go, and I will need more cabinets for my small accessories. 
  • Of course! I will get back to you in a week. But if you get a refrigerator, electronic vacuum cleaner and than a free item of choice within a budget of $300. You will get a huge discount sale, your payment for 4 months will be 50% off.
  • Whatever you want, Honey. But I would want the colors to be repainted to be yellow and white. 
  • Well here is the finished product, tell me what are your thoughts. GREAT!! I'll see you in a coupld of days for the contract. ENJOY!
  • Step 5: Close Sale
  • A week Later..
  • WOW!! This is definitely what I was waiting for, I would like to close the deal right now!
  • EXCELLENT!! This is definitely the model that I was dreaming for, thank you!
  • Step 6: Build A Relationship
  • Thank you, we'll take some time to complete the paperwork. But the apartment has been awesome, I just tried the vacucm cleaner and it works so well; less work for me. So I am super glad that closed the deal.
