the Brown v. Board of education court case was able to benefit all African american children that attended school. this change allowed them to attend school with whites, this allowed African american children attend school closer to their home. The US would now be different for the better because it not allowed blacks to attend the same school with whites.

during the 1950s white children went to school in a very prestigious environment. they were given the best education. while African Americans attended a small building in order to receive an education.
why can't we go to school with the other children?
by not letting our children enroll in the white school, this just proves blacks recieve inferior education, your honor!
your case will be sent to the Supreme Court along with others from multiple states.
This court has ruled that the segregation of school / children based on their race indeed violates the 14th amendment. (case closed in 1954)
