  • No reason, I'm just bored and have nothing else to do.
  • Well then, you may not search my car. The fourth amendment protects citizens rights to privacy. No officer may search for anything without cause.
  • What will you be doing this weekend?
  • According to the first amendment I have the right to go to church and practice a religion.
  • You can't go to church, that is just not right.
  • I will be going to church.
  • Well I can't force you not to build on my property but according to the seventh amendment I have the right to a trial by a jury to defend my private property rights.
  • According to the third amendment the government can not force citizens to house their soldiers.
  • You can't force me to house your son.
  • And may I ask why?
  • You can't throw me in jail for four years without a trial.
  • Because according to sixth amendment a person who is accused has the right to a speedy trial.
  • Why not?
  • I have decided to build myself a shed for my new boat on your land.
  • Exuse me, what are you doing on my land?
