Storyboard Text

  • A force is the push or pull on an object, which causes the object to change its velocity. Velocity is the speed of an object in a given direction. When the ball is moving, it is in motion. It stays like this, until another force stops it.
  • GAMECOCKS WIN!
  • WOW! What a force that guy put on the ball!
  • Force?
  • A force is the push or pull on an object, which causes it to change its velocity, which is speed in a given direction. Once the ball is moving, it is in motion, and stays that way until another force stops it. This is friction. Inertia is the resistance, of any physical object, to any change in its velocity.
  • Wow! Thanks for teaching me this!
  • Look! it's a plane!
  • Wow! I've always wondered how such a huge thing could fly!
  • In order for an object to move through the air in a stable manner, it must have lift, and drag. Lift gets it off the ground, and drag gets it down.
  • Thank you for taking me to the game, and teaching me about forces and motions!
  • No Problem!
