Stages of Matter - Science
This storyboard does not have a description.
Well hello there! Today I am going to be teaching you about the states of matter and how they work. Make sure to always look on the right so see the molecules of a solid, liquid, or gas!
First, there are solids. Solids start off very close together and tight. When solids are heated, they slowly become a liquid and they loosen up just a bit.
Next, there are liquids. Liquids are not as tight as solids, but there still isn't a whole lot of wiggle room. When heated, these liquids start to loosen up even more as they start to become a gas.
Lastly, there are gases. Gases move very quickly and have no molecules that are squished together at any point.
Well, that was the states of matter!
All in all, they are very simple. Gas, liquids, and solids is all there is. Well, that's the end of my lesson. Goodbye!
