  • Always make sure you have an adult nearby who can help you with cutting and using the stove and oven
  • Hi kids! Cooking is fun but it can be dangerous if you don't follow kitchen safety rules
  • Remember to wash your hands before cooking, after touching raw meat and after cooking to make sure there are no germs
  • Always remember to put leftovers in the refrigerator. If you leave them out for over 2 hours, you have to throw them away!
  • Even the chicken.
  • Even the chicken?
  • If you have long hair, don't forget to tie it up! Finding a hair in your food is not a very nice surprise
  • That's true, I'll tie mine up right now
  • If you break something, stand back and let an adult clean it up. It's very sharp and you could get hurt
  • Make sure you get an adult to help you if you do get hurt. Always be sure to cover cuts if you decide to keep cooking
