Storyboard Text

  • Caesar explains a dream that Calpurnia had to Brutus, which foreshadows his death.
  • Calpurnia had a dream and saw Romans around my statue as they washed their hands in my blood.
  • The dream means good things for you are sustaining Rome.
  • Brutus convinces Caesar to go to the senate.
  • You are right. I will go.
  • Caesar if you do not go, you will not be crowned king.
  • I'll be so close to him that Caesar will soon wish I was farther away.
  • Trebonius speaks aside, so that Caesar can't hear that he is deceiving him.
  • Artemidorus enters reading a letter warning Caesar of Brutus, Cassius, Casca, Cinna, Trebonius, Metellus Cimber, Decius Brutus, and Caius Ligarius.
  • Beware of these people. They are just pretending to be your friends. They only want to harm you.
  • If Caesar reads this letter, he will live. If he doesn't, he might not survive
  • He plans to pass the letter to Caesar like a petition.
