Storyboard Text

  • *shouting*
  • Who are you and why are you out here? Working men should not be wandering the streets in their work clothing.
  • Everyone, Quiet!
  • Brutus is noble. but he can be easily persuaded. And Caesar, he likes Brutus and dislikes me. Tonight, I will throw letters in different handwriting into Caesar's window to show him how much the citizen's love Brutus. We will wither watch Caesar be throw out of office or we will all suffer.
  • Caesar
  • Cassius
  • Flavius
  • What makes Caesar so special and different from the rest of us? Rome has always had more than one leader. Why change this now? Your ancestors would let the devil rule before a king would.
  • Who is calling me? Bring him here.
  • Cassius
  • I am not. I only wish the best for you and I am willing to help you become a better person.
  • Why are you accusing me of these things which are untrue?
  • I am a cobbler, sir, I mend the soles of the sandals you wear. I am out here celebrating Caesar.
  • A soothsayer warns you of March 15.
  • I will think about what you have said and I will get back to you. Until then, I would rather live as a poor villager than a citizen of Rome under these conditions.
  • Cobbler
  • Brutus
  • Cassius
  • You, sir, step out of the crowd. You are looking at Caesar.
  • How dare anyone celebrate Caesar? All men are fake and have turned their backs on Pompey! Shame!
  • Brutus
  • Murellus
  • Brutus
  • Cassius
  • What have you seen?
  • Cicero
  • Soothsayer
  • Good evening.
  • Let us go and undress all of the statues decorated in Caesar's honor. That will show them.
  • How are you so calm with the world falling apart and the god's war in heaven!?
  • Cassius
  • Beware of March 15!
  • Caesar
  • Why are they shouting? I believe they have chosen Caesar as king.
  • Cassius
  • Flavius
  • I want my men to look healthy and muscualr. That Cassius is much to skinny. Men like him are dangerous.
  • Do you not wish for Caesar to be king?
  • I am not afraid of him. But if I were able to fear men, he would be the first. He does not act like most men and people like him do not like people in higher ranks. Men like this are dangerous.
  • Even though I love Caesar very much, I do not. I will choose what will benefit all Romans.
  • Cassius
  • That does not matter. We must do this so Caeser sees that he is not any better than the rest of us.
  • Casca
  • Wil you please watch the race with me?
  • No, I do not like sports, unlike Antony.
  • I have seen a slave with hands of fire and a lion. Also, the night owl hooted at noon. I think these things are omens which came into our country.
  • Good evening Casca. I have walked these streets exposing my chest to the lightning.
  • Casca you do not see that this is a sign from the gods that Caesar is going to bring bad things to Rome.
  • Cassius
  • Can we do that? You know it's the feast of Lupercal.
  • Do not be afraid of Cassius. He is a noble Roman.
  • Murellus
  • Brutus
  • Antony
  • Brutus
  • Casca
  • But why?
  • Cassius
  • Cassius
  • Cassius
  • Then, I will stab myself with a knife and die. Caesar couldn't be a wolf if the Romans didn't act like sheep. Oh sorry,I didn't mean to say all these things.
  • Calphurnia, Antony! Antony, as you take off, do not forget to touch Calphurnia so she may be rid of her curse of infertility
  • Before he fell, he offered the crowd his throat to cut. And when he awoke he apologized for what he might have said. He was forgiven by the women but, he could kill their mothers and they would still forgive him.
  • Deal. I have gathered some of the noblest Romans to join me on a dangerous mission. They are waiting outside Pompey's theater. We meet tonight because no one is out on the streets.
  • Apparently, Caesar is going to be crowned tommorrow.
  • Do not be troubled Cassius, I have been struggling with myself recently and it in no way involves you or our friendship.
  • Caesar fainted?!
  • Calphurnia
  • Yes, my lord Caesar.
  • He has epilepsy.
  • Brutus
  • Brutus
  • Casca
  • Brutus
  • Don't worry I am not a tattle-tale.
  • Mark Antony offered the crown to Caesar and he refused it. Three times! Then, the crowd applauded because he did not accept and Caesar fainted.
