Goal: We want to increase the employee's satisfaction by 10% by the end of May 2021, starting from March 2019 as happy employees treats nicely with customer. For getting it, we will organize Rewards and Recognition programs after every six months. Also by giving reliable pay and by getting feedback from workers, we will get this goal.
Measurement: By checking Turnover rate of company as how many workers quit the job or by taking serveys at the end of year and by working on the feedback of staff people.
