When I wake up in the morning, the potential energy that I stored the night before turns into kinetic energy that I use to wake up and work out. So this transfer goes from potential energy to kinetic energy.
When I brush my teeth, I use mechanical energy to turn the faucet on and then when the water comes rushing out I hear sound energy so, this energy transfers mechanical energy to sound energy.
Bye dear. Be vigilant!
Okay, Mum. Bye!
When I wake up in the morning to have my breakfast, I use the kinetic energy to open up the freezer door to get food out. Once I do that I refuel myself with some more potential energy. This energy transfers from kinetic energy to potential energy.
As I'm having my breakfast, I'm using mechanical energy to eat and chemical energy to digest the food.
While I'm walking to the bus stop, mechanical energy turns into thermal energy and sound energy.
I ride the bus to school. When the bus engine started, chemical potential energy in the dry cell is converted to electrical energy. The electrical energy is then converted to kinetic energy when the bus moves.
