Storyboard Description

Describing the complexity of quadrilaterals.

Storyboard Text

  • What is a quadrilateral?
  • Well it is any shape that has four sides which can get complex.
  • What do you mean?
  • Well a quadralaterial is part of several shapes, that may or may not have parallel sides, or different features.
  • This leads to categories and subcategories.
  • So that's why a square is a rectangle, rhomboid, parallelogram, and a quadrilateral.
  • Two other categories are the one parallel side, and the no parallel side.
  • That is the final part of the complex hierarchy of quadrilaterals.
