Good and Bad Communication
This storyboard does not have a description.
sup miss teacher, I need help w/ my science project when can i com 4 u 2 help me
This is a bad example made by Billy because he did not state the teachers name and what part of his project he needs help on. He also sent her an email that looked like a text message and did not have all the right punctuation.
Dear Mrs. Richardson, I am confused about the instructions for my science project and would like it if you could help me understand what the questions are asking me and how I need to set it up. Please email me soon. Sincerely, Becka
This is a better example because Becka has the right punctuation and grammar. This email does not sound or look like a text message.
Mrs. Richardson, Where is Billy?
He did not send me an good email that asked for help. Once he learns how to communicate the right way he will get his help.
