  • When you decide to start healthy eating it is important to meal plan & meal prep for the week. This helps you to stay on track eating what is planned. 
  • When planning your meals you must remember to eat protein, vegetables and some fruit. Limit your sugar and carb intake. 
  • Also always remember to drink lots of water. That is very important. 
  • You will also want to make a weekly schedule for when you plan to do your exercising. This will also help you to stay on track. 
  • When you meal plan/prep & make an exercise schedule you can be successful at both healthy eating & exercise. Never Give UP!
