If you weren't so stubborn, you wouldn't have to die.
Get her out of my sight! Traitor.
I'm sorry for what I've done! Oh, you're still going to lock me up? Gods please punish Creon!
You won't be able to escape your fate Antigone!
Antigone, locked up, tells the Chorus how sad she is about her death and how her family is cursed. The chorus tells her that her pride was her downfall.
Creon enters and tells the chorus to take Antigone away and lock her up in a tomb to die. Antigone regrets her actions and begs for the gods to punish Creon for his actions.
The Chorus tells us of mythic characters who were also buried alive. They say even some of them were kings or children of gods but they couldn't escape their fate. Not even Antigone will be able to escape her death.
