I dont know. I guess we can make up the unhealthy eating with more gym time.
This is so annoying. How can we be healthy and go to the gym when its hard to get good, filling, healthy food while at school?
Since being her first year in college and away from home Keelia does know she is struggling with staying active so she has gained some weight. Seeing how important staying active from her health class, she decides its time to change her bad habits. (contemplation and preparation)

The next day Keelia made a plan to work out at least three times a week for thirty minutes a day (preparation and a SMART goal). She even had her boyfriend be her gym partner to help motivate and push her self.
I'm not going to be able to work out...rain check?

So Keelia stuck with her plan on working out through the week and has been successful. The one obstacle that she has faced has been the food in the cafeteria. Keelia struggles with finding healthy filling foods to eat.

No problem. Maybe over the summer we will be able to do since we wont be as busy. Haha !!
Keelia has been working out for three weeks since the start without missing a day (action and maintenance, also proving it is a smart goal).
This was the second time that they both had to cancel because they keep getting busy (relapse).
Even though they set a really good goal they forgot about whether or not there busy college life would get in the way of there plan. Next time they try to do this they need to make sure they have back up plans.
