  • Oh, hola
  • Oh, um... Hola
  • I'm waiting for the bus.
  • Ok, I am too so i will follow you.
  • Alright but be careful i usually heat things up on the bus.
  • Ok, but i like to cool things down when i'm on the bus.
  •
  • First I will tell you about El nino. El nino appears every 3-2 years, the trade winds for el nino do not increase and ocean temp gets warmer then usual. Also el nino is responsible for changing rainfall patterns around the world. El nino makes these warm waters force the smaller ocean organisms, plankton (phyto, zoo) to move deeper into cooler water. fish and other animals that eat them must follow.
  • Now I will tell you about La nina. La nina often follows El nino and the trade winds. Wind increases so the wind makes cold water come up to the surface, the ocean temp. the waters temp gets cold so the cold water comes to the surface and so the weather brings heavy rain to Australia, Africa and south America. Marine Productivity, marine life flourishes as the up welling bring nutrients for the phyto.
  • Well folks that's all the time I have to talk to you about El nino and La nina.
