  • Step: One
  • Step: Two
  • Step: Three
  • Step one is to lift up your good leg (easiest leg to do a split on) and put your arms up.
  • Step: Four
  • Step two is to go into a T position where your stronger leg (standing on it) is a tiny bit bent and your arms and other leg is horizontal to the floor.
  • Step: Five
  • Step three is to kick up into a handstand with one leg at a time
  • Step: Six
  • Step four is to put your legs together in a handstand and make your body a vertical line while you are upsidedown.
  • Step five is to step out of it one leg at a time making your good leg come down first then your bad leg last land in a lunge.
  • Step six is to land in a lunge where your front leg is a bit bent and your back leg is straight and you are leaning a little bit. Finish is by making your arms in a V position above your head and keep your head up
