"He had the eye of a vulture."
The narrator explains why he is very anxious. He explains that he kills the old man because he has an "evil eye".
The old man rests in his bed, while the narrator peers inside the room. He flashes a light onto the old mans evil eye.
"The old man's hour had come!" Says the narrator as he throws the bed onto the old man, killing him.
I confess! Look, here!
The narrator kills the old man and cuts off all of his limbs. He places his remains under the floorboards. He made it look as noticeable as he possibly could.
Police come to the door after a noise complaint but they suspect nothing. But the man begins to go crazy claiming to hear sharp noises.
The narrator comes clean, revealing the limbs under the floor.
