- "Cry in the name of the LORD"
- Both of Muhammad's parents were dead by the time he was 6. He started work as a camel driver. That gave a lot of time for him to think. He heard the other drivers talking about Christians. He liked the Idea of only having one god.
- He got married to a widow, Khaija at the age of 25.
- One day he was visited by the angel Gabriel who told him to, "Cry in the name of the Lord".
- Muhammad starts to preach as the angel had to him to do. He has very few followers. he preaches against idolatry which was a huge money maker. Plots are made to kill him.
- Muhamad flees to Medina. He begins to gain followers. Muhamad continues to get messages from Gabriel. He starts to write the Quran. He becomes very powerful.
- Muhammad died in 632 he may have died but the religion he had started kept on growing. it still continues today.
