Storyboard Description

This is an example of a storyboard to show my understanding of the French Revolution.

Storyboard Text

  • I see inequality in my country. I feel discontent because I am a poor commoner!
  • I am part of the aristocracy, so things seem great to me. Commoners pay taxes, and I don't have to!
  • I'm King Louis XVI. I don't really know what to do to keep both commoners and aristocrats happy. I end up getting executed!
  • We will rebel against the unfair government! We will use the ideas of Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity to form a new kind of government!
  • I'm Napoleon! I saw that the new French government wasn't good, so I took control of France and made myself the leader. Many people call me a dictator even though I tried to continue some of the revolutionary ideas.
  • Many people say that the French Revolution was one of the most important events in history because it changed how people saw government. Many monarchies became republics with the guidance of the French Revolution's ideas.
