  • The Hare and the Tortoise. By: Keying Liu.
  • Hare
  • I can run very very fast.
  • Ha ha ha ha ...
  • The Characters
  • Tortoise
  • I walk slowly.
  • In one hot day, the Hare and Tortoise walked on the road, and then they were in a forest.
  • Who goes to the end first is the winner. I will go to the end before you!
  • Okay. I will  win!
  • The race began. The Hare was running fast, but the Tortoise was running slowly.
  • That's ok. I am running slowly, but I run steadily. I will not feel tired. You will.
  • I will win! I am running fast.!
  • And then. The Hare was fell tried, because he ran fast. The Hare think the the Tortoise cannot exceed him, so he takes a nap. But the Tortoise was not not fell tried because he ran slowly and steadily. Then the Tortoise was exceed he.
  • Ha ha! I exceed you, Hare!
  • Oh, I am so tired, I need a nap. The tortoise is running slowly, maybe before I nap, he is also late. 
  • Oh, the hare is sleeping, I will exceed it.
  • So what do you say?
  • The Hare slept longer than he wanted. He did not see the Tortoise in there, so he thought the Tortoise was after him. So he started to run again. But when the Hare was at the end, the Tortoise  was there.
  • I'm felt so tired. I can't answer the question.
  • Moral: Slow and steady wins the race.
