  • Yuki Minato is visiting Canada for the first time. She decides to spend her morning at a café down the street.
  • Hi, how are you? Would you like to order?
  • Yuki decides to go with her favorite classic from Japan instead of trying something new.
  • I'm gud tank you. Can I get a bowr of miso soup?
  • She would like a blueberry pie with a caramel Frappuccino. Trust me they make the best pie you'll love it! 
  • Uhhh....I don't think we sell that here....
  • All these changes are hard for her to adapt to. 
  • Hey, you're from Japan aren't you? Isn't it hard living here they don't even sell sushi!
  • The pair continue to converse in Japanese about there difficulties in Canada.
  • Yes I am! And this is my first time in Canada so far it's hard getting used to their weird food!
  • Yuki realizes there are different customs to get used to and maybe her new friend has already realized this. 
  • Oh no you don't have to bow I don't take religion that seriously. My family's been doing a lot of Syncretism. You know what they say "Born Shinto, Marry Christian, Die Buddhist" .
  • I am a proud Buddhist and this is the etiquette we have been taught.
  • Bye it was nice meeting you!
  • It was nice meeting you too hope to see you again soon!
  • She is happy about her new adventures and hopes to learn more about Canada with the help of her friend.
