  • Alright, so you would need me as part of your team because as you can already tell, I am qualified, however, no overqualified because I still have a lot to learn when it comes to leveling up to the standards you hold at this company. I offer great alternatives to problems, helping to keep a healthy positive environment and always willing to help out.
  • Hi, welcome, I am Mrs. Michelle Porter, supervisor for Mr. Robinson's team of dental assistants. We heard about your interest in the job and would like to interview you.
  • Hello, I am Peter McCall, thank you for having me today.
  • Yes, I've done internships after graduating undergrad from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. I interned for NYU as a part-time dental assistant in Flatbush, Brooklyn, NY., being responsible for sterilizing hand pieces, transporting instruments, documenting patient records, etc.
  • Wow, well those are excellent answers Mr. McCall. Any questions for me?
  • So Pete, do you have any prior experience of any sort relating to to this occupation and if so, what is it? What were your duties?
  • Very good. A few more questions I have for you: Why would we need you as a part of our team/what contributions would you make AND what would peers/co-workers have to say about you as a person and employee?
  • Thank you Mr. McCall, I find you to be a great candidate. we will get back to you soon!
  • Also, any of my current or ex peers/coworkers would agree that I am above all an optimistic person that is always willing to take the high route and never accepting defeat. I think they'd agree that I'm well-rounded, determined, diligent, and not afraid to fail for the best result.
  • Ah thank you and yes, I'd like to know if there's opportunity for professional development and who I'd be working most closely with?
  • Oh okay so we definitely have opportunities for professional development, as we do not believe in stagnation; if there is a significant amount of growth over a period of time, you can climb up in this company, And you'd be working most closely with the dentists and patients.
  • Oh no thank you, the pleasure is all mine, hope to see you soon.
