Storyboard Text

  • One day Mary, was driving to the store to buy some groceries.
  • Mary always texts and drives because when she is off her phone she is afraid she will not have enough followers.
  • When she was turning into the parking lot a car rear ended her because she didn't turn when the light turned green.
  • Don't Text and Drive
  • The ambulance came and wheeled Mary off to the hospital. If only she realized that texting and driving makes a crash 23 times more likely.
  • Mary went to the Hospital, and she was diagnosed with a concussion.  She didn't realize that texting takes her eyes off the road for 4.6 second which if the right amount of time for her to get in a car crash.
  • Mary got out of the hospital, and she was told that she had to stay in bed for a few days until she felt okay to get up. More than 94% of teens text and drive, and they don't know they are going to get themselves killed or injured.  Save your life and someone else's by not texting and driving.
