  • Title: The Origin of the Moon and the Sun Tribe: Kinispal
  • "We are going to train our sons to steal the moon, so that they can go out and do so!"
  • "Yes and our 8 sons will go in to the mountains  alone to better their spirits before they are able to steal the moon."
  • The coyote and the antelope's trained offspring, just arrived at the moon. They see the animal people rolling the moon.
  • The owners of the moon see them and try to roll the moon toward them.
  • The moon people killed all but the youngest coyote.
  • "Give me the moon!"
  • The antelope gave the moon back to its owner and gave the coyote his sons back, restored with life.
  • "Go give the moon back and bring me back my sons!"
  • "All four of your sons have been killed!"
  • The sapsucker stole the moon, but the moon people were laughing at him, because they did not think that he could do it.
  • "Hahaha, lets see how far he can go!"
  • "I'm going to steal the moon."
