  • No no no, there shall be voting rights for the middle class. The press will be silenced
  • Economic hardships
  • There is no food at my house. My siblings and I are starving. My father works, but there is not enough money to buy food.
  • Provisional government meeting
  • A new constitution must be created
  • We should instill Universal male suffrage. The right for all men to vote
  • Welcome to the provisional goverment!
  • King Charles X took away voting rights from the middle class, and censored the press.
  • Workshops for the unemployed
  • Economic hardships became a problem in France. People weren't able to feed their families.
  • Workshops are closed
  • When the monarchy  was over thrown a provisional government was created
  • The Constitution was ratified
  • The Constitution has been ratified
  • Workshops were created for the unemployed
  • My family and I have found work at a work shop for the unemployed. We aren't starving anymore
  • When the workshops closed workers rebelled causing 4 days of blood battle
  • On November 4, 1848 the constitution was ratified
