This has to be wrong, I thought I had free speech in this country! I am going to go straight to the supreme court!
My speech was inciting violence but that is still free speech which is protected so therefore my conviction is incorrect!
As seen in the case of Brandenburg V. Ohio, free speech is always protected unless your speech incites violence...using the precedent set by that past case we therefore are siding with the state as your speech was directly telling people to rob banks which is inciting violence.
