  • DOUBLE DISPLACEMENT (NEUTRALIZATION)
  • Continue to talk about double displacement in greater depth like its basic formula for neutralization AB + CD = CB + AD and how it is the reaction between an acid and a base that produces water and salt. Add on other facts about double displacement and explain it thoroughly.
  • Introduce some reactions that take place during neutralization like;  H2 SO4 (aq) + Ba(OH)2 (aq)→ H2 O + BaSO4. After talking about some of the different reactions that can occur with neutralization, gradually introduce the experiment that was conducted by the group
  • Add the reaction film that was filmed prior to making the touch cast and explain what was occurring in the experiment and the end results of it
  • Give examples of how neutralization impacts the environment and how it used in our daily lives. List the advantages and disadvantages of this type of reaction. Make sure to add pictures and create mind maps throughout the video to show a deeper understanding of the reaction and aid visual learners
  • End off the video by creating a statement on double displacement neutralization in general and mention its importance to the audience.
