- Emotions Erupt
- The American government began to divide more land and settlers began to move onto land claimed by the new US government.
- The Fight Begins
- This land was already claimed by Native Americans and tensions began to increase. The Americans began to move into the territory of the Native Americans.
- The Battle Concludes
- Many tribes of Native Americans rallied together to push the Americans off their land. These tribes included Shawnee Indians, Miami Indians, Delaware Indians, Little Turtle, and Blue Jacket.
- The Effects
- It's too late for that
- It shouldn't have come to this
- The Native Americans and Americans began to fight. President George Washinton sent a force to defeat the Native Americans.
- In the end, Americans defeated the Native Americans. The leader of the Americans was Anthony Wayne. The Americans won on the Battle of Fallen Timbers on August 20, 1794
- The Americans forced the Native Americans to sign the Treaty of Greenville which forced the Native Americans to give up their rights in Ohio and Indiana. It also established the policy of using weapons on Native Americans.
