  • Wake up Brabantio, and beware of things closest to you especially your daughter.
  • Iago
  • Hey, Brabantio! Get up sir!
  • Roderigo

  • I don't speak very well, I have been fighint for the past couple of years so all I know is wars. But, I can ensure you all of my intents with your daughter are good.
  • This is the man who has stole my daughter away from me and married her. She is very easy going and you could of easily took advantage of her.
  • First Senator
  • Othello needs to stay focused and get back to fighting. Othello you will leave tomorrow in the morning.
  • Duke please let me and my new husband go on this trip together. And I knew what I was doing getting married to Othello.
  • Roderigo and Iago go to wake up Brabantio and ware him about the relatioship between his daughter and Othello. They make it seem like Othello was trying to steal Desdemona.
  • I feel no more effort or desire to doing anything anymore. I am told to do this, do thatt and I relly don't want to do those things. I feel less than others and below them. It feels like people don't see me, like I'm not wanted. I fell lonely.
  • Othello goes to Brabantio to tell and explain his love for his daughter. And asks for pretty much his blessing for him to get off his back about Desdemona.
  • Can I trust you?
  • The way to get Desdemona is to sell your land and goods and turn it into cash. They go together very quick so it won't last very long. Instead of killing yourself, why not risk death by committing crimes in attempt to go after the girl of your dreams.
  • Desdemona comes in and saves the day by assuring that her and Othello's love is real and they are indeed married. Then The Duke allows them to go to Cyprus together.
  • Fine let's do this. I am selling my house and all of my land.
  • That's what I would do if I was in your situation. Now stay focused on the mission, get in a position to hurt Othello and get Desdemona.
  • Roderigo talks about his depression, and suicidal thoughts. He sometimes feels like a slave, because all the deeds he is told to do and some out of the ordinary violent behavior. Roderigo is jealous of Othello and thinks he deserves Desdemona and he feels alone.
  • Iago is planning with Roderigo a way for him to steal Desdemona from Othello. To summarize if Roderigo was going to kill himself why not have a chance of dying going after the woman he wants.
  • Yes, you can trust me.
  • Roderigo goes along with the plan him and Iago had made. He decides to sell all his land and valuables to get has much money has he possibly can, in effort to get Desdemona.
