How disrespectful of you. To discuss matters of Jesus. And then tell everyone.
Follow us, we are taking you to jail.
How did you do this?
Why would you spread the word of Jesus
This is a disgrace. How could you?
The apostles started to inform everyone about Jesus. Peter and John told everyone to spread the news of Jesus's resurrection.
Rulers and elders of the people! It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You crucified him but God raised him from the dead.
The priests and captain of the temple guard and the Saduccees went up to Peter and John and were angry that they were talking about Jesus. They were locked in jail until the next day but word had spread about Jesus. The believers of Jesus had grown to five thousand.
Please leave the room so we are able to discuss the matter, privately.
The elderly and the rulers gathered together and brought Peter and John. Annas the high priest was there, and so were Caiaphas, John, Alexander and others of the high priest’s family. They discussed the matters from the day before.
What do we do with these men?
We have to stop this from spreading any further.
Everyone living in Jerusalem knows they have performed a notable sign, and we cannot deny it.
Peter stood up and told the elders how wrong they had been, that although Jesus had been crucified, he had risen from the dead.
He then went on to tell them that salavation is found in no one else. The elderly and rulers realised that they were wrong, and were astonished and shocked that they had been in the presence with Jesus.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.
After Peter and John left, the rulers and elderly spoke about the matter, where they realised that they had to stop Peter and John from spreading the word about Jesus.
We must warn them to speak no longer to anyone in this name.
